You will learn beginner pole dance moves, have written breakdowns and access to Soul Pole's online community. Weekly inner healing workbooks, music playlists, downloadable content and additional resources will help you build up your confidence. Soul Pole is unlike any other pole dance class you may see being offered and by diving deep into self love and acceptance true change can be seen in your life.
