Join us for four fun weeks learning beginner pole dance moves like a confident pole walk, dip spin, stag spin, back hook and more! Open to any level dancer, 18+ Full disclosure, do not let the excuse “that your not strong enough” stop you from discovering your own power and ability to fly. Come as you are, you do not need super strength to start pole dancing. You will build the strength you need as you continue to practice and train. Wear something that makes you feel goood about yourself. Shorts and a tank top or swim top are great options for class! The more skin contact you have with the pole the more grip you’ll have. Don't forget your water bottle. This course was designed to take place over 4 weeks but you can complete it at your own pace, life gets busy I totally understand.
