Beginner level 1:
This class is for total beginners and those at beginner level, each eight weeks we work on a new routine which is broken down into bits size pieces for you to learn. This is a great way to get introduced to Pole Dancing for Fitness. You can do as many blocks as you want before you move up to level 2, we promote learning your way £100p8w
Beginner level 2:
When you have built a good base of beginner moves have managed to build up enough core strength and have mastered your basic invert then this class is the next step. We work on a routine over the six week block and we add more strength training and the Soul-POLE challenge. £100p8w
Intermediate level:
All our classes work around the base of dance and you will still use those moves you learnt in beginner but you will be joining them with moves like the Butterfly, cross ankle release, Scorpio and many more. These routines will test your fitness and co-ordination and teach you how to bring out your diva £100p8w
Advanced Level:
Learn a sexy pole dance routine over the eight weeks working on advanced moves such as hand sprung, advanced spins, transition moves and floor moves. Learn to perfect your floor moves combining them with Advanced, Intermediate and beginner moves in a seamless dance .£100p8w
Exclusive 6 Week Course:
If you would really like to focus on your pole dancing development and you’re all round fitness in one session this 6 week course is for you. Each class lasts 1.5 hours and encompasses your core conditioning training followed by focused pole training then an in-depth stretch. In one class you are cross training your body to work on muscular strength, dancing, pole skills as well as obtaining and developing your flexibility. I have trained with the world’s top pole dance instructors such as Pantera Blacksmith, Felix Cane, Estee Zakar and Jaynne Butterfly and this knowledge will be enthused into the course content along with the Soul-POLE magic.£130p6w
Pay As You Go:
This is a great way to get a taste of a pole dance fitness class to see if its for you, this is also a class that is good if you are unable to commit to a six week block. The class is mixed level and we work on a new routine every week which has variations of the moves to suit all abilities in the class.£10ph A way to come and try before you book a block.
Stretch Class:
This class is designed to help you develop your flexibility it is a great standalone class if you want to just improve your health in a gentle way or to help you to obtain more of those pole moves that demand more flex. The class lasts 45 minutes – 1 hour and starts with a cardio warm- up to activate and prepare all your muscles, we then stretch each muscle group on your whole body from toe to head before a short mediation to close the class. A fabulous way to compliment an active life style, it is a truly giving class where you will gain flexibility , peace of mind and the ability to feel centred and connected.£6pc
Zumba 1 hour class
This is a perfect class when you are tight on time or when you just want to get your groove on and feel fabulous! wheather you are a beginner or an advanced user, you’ll reap the benefits of this 1 hour program. Great for cardio fitness and a good way to get back into fitness.(m) £4pc [can not run with less than 5 ppl
Core Conditioning:
This is as it say’s, a great class to help build up your core strength it is focused on your core helping you develop the muscles you will need to safely progress your pole moves. Working on core abs work, knee holds and flag holds and strength moves. Great for lower pelvic floor, posture and toned abs (m)£6ph
Pole Circuits:
This is a fab fun class that is great for building full body strength and toning this class is open to men and woman and is a great way to improve your fitness. Each pole is used as a station and you will be given different exercises to work the different muscle groups of your body. Great for Cardio, muscles strength and all over toning.(m)£6phr
Open Studio:
This is where the studio is available for you to practice your own routines or work on the moves you are learning in class. An instructor is in the room but is not facilitating the class. Great time to come and practice and free play use the mats and poles for your continued development.(m)£6ph
Private groups:
These are held by appointment only and there is a minimum of 3 people per booking (max 21), this is a great class for you and your friends or colleagues to come and enjoy time together doing something different. £15per person
One2One:
This is a class that is designed around you we will work on what you need to work on they are great to push your development forward and also to try pole dancing out with undivided attention. £40phr

Soul-POLE offers various team building packages joining the expert knowledge of our instructors both in fitness, team building and holistic health care to create exciting days that will build lastingunderstanding, strengthen ability to communicate and cooperate as a team. Class policy:
All classes have a maximum amount of 14 people making 2 people to one pole. At Soul-POLE we believe that 2 people to a pole offers the greatest benefit in learning. Especially for beginners as pole dancing is very active sport and taking a rest in between moves helps you to digest what you are learning thus improving what you learn. When you work in pairs this gives you the chance to see your team member perform the pole move you are both learning, this helps you see where you may be getting it right or wrong thus progressing you faster in your learning process.
You can also come along to Pay As You Go to sample the Soul-POLE magic while giving clean drinking water to the people of Milawi*.
If you need to cancel or alter any of your bookings if you give the team 24 hours notice we will try to fit you into another service so that you do not lose out on your booking. If you give us less that 24 hours notice you will be entitle to no refund. No refunds will be given for six week courses after the start date.
