If you are looking to gain that extra knowledge of how to increase your flexibility this class will teach you how to develop your splits and back flexibility and will fill your ‘tool bag’ with lots of take home goodie to help you keep developing after Tanya has left. Only £50, limited spaces
3 hour beginner Flexibility workshop May 13th 9.amThis is great for people who are just finding their fitness. If you have lack flexibility and want to start improving it then this class for you with a wealth of information and to gather some take home knowledge to keep on improving your flexibility this is the class for you.
